Update: Have been using these for over 2 years and they are wonderful. However, they recently started changing the product. All this time, the gummies have been a 600mg disc shape that is not sticky, which works great in daily pill containers. Now, every other shipment I get is a 500mg really sticky gumdrop that sticks to other pills in the daily container. Even the recommended dosage and other ingredients change! And of course, there is no price difference between the 2. This is a huge deal to me. I will order one more time and which version I get, but I may have switch brands. I just don't understand the inconsistency with the product and am really disappointed. Original review: My Son has reflux and a lot of issues with too much stomach acid. He can't swallow pills, so had resorted to the dissolvable reflux meds, which are horrible with a bad taste and grit that does not dissolve. I tried lots and each had the same issues. He was also maxing out on allowed dosage of Tums every day. Our Dr. recommended that he try the apple cider vinegar gummies. I was skeptical at first, but was surprised at how much these helped him. Since taking these for more than 3 months, he no longer has the acid buildup and reflux like he used to. No more Tums and only very rarely an Omeprazole. These also taste good, that vinegar is still there, but not prominent, and other ingredients help mask that taste. They are also the same strength but smaller than other brands I tried, so fit very easily into a daily pill minder if you use one.

I take apple cider vinegar for so many reasons. I hate the taste of it from the bottle, so when I came across the gummies, I gave them a try. They taste good & I'm still getting the benefit of the vinegar. If you can't tolerate the taste of the vinegar, give the gummies a try. Apple cider vinegar is good for so many things, I love it! My hair & nails grow like crazy just to mention a couple of things I've noticed since taking it. I can't promise it will do the same for everyone, but give it a try!

I LOVED these and was buying several bottles at a time. My delivery today has a different recipe and I'm so sad. I now have WAY too many bc the new ones have tapioca syrup and they're nowhere near as good.
