I'VE TRIED MY LUCK THREE TIMES WITH THIS RENEWED PRODUCT - MI BAND 5, FOR THE FIRST AND SECOND TIME, LUCK WAS IN MY FAVOUR, PRODUCT GOT DEAD WITHIN RETURN WINDOW TIMELINE AND HENCE I WAS ABLE TO SAFELY RETURN IT. BUT THIRD TIME, IT LASTED ALMOST 2 WEEKS, AS WORRIED, PRODUCT GOT DEAD. SINCE IT IS BACKED BY 6 MONTHS SELLER WARRANTY, AS ADVICED FROM AMAZON CS, I TRIED CONTACTING SELLER, BUT NO POSITIVE ACTIONS FROM THEIR END.MOST OF AMAZON CUSTOMER EXECUTIVES WILL SIMPLY ASK YOU TO CONTACT BRAND SERVICE CENTER WHICH DOESN'T MAKE ANY SENSE AS IT IS A REFURBISHED PRODUCT. AMAZON WILL NOT PROVIDE ANY SUPPORT AS WELL. MORE LIKE WE ARE ON OUR OWN.IT IS BETTER TO NOT BUY ANY RENEWED/REFURBISHED PRODUCT FROM AMAZON...

When you first buy it you might think that it is fake due to the box being a colour different than that seen in reviews, however I can assure you it is real. When you first buy it, it will most likely have 0 battery and you'll probably start panicking and scowering the internet for answers, do not worry as the seller has just kept the watch for a long time on shelf, so when its first there, charge it for 4-5 hours for it to become full. The magnetic charger is really nice and you can even install custom faces to the watch from different apps. The default app for everything in the watch is Zepp Life or Mi Fit. The band is black and of pretty good quality, this is the chinese version of the watch out of NFC, GLOBAL and Chinese. When you first turn on the watch, there will be the option to choose between few languages. The build quality is amazing and i'm suprised the watch is this cheap.

I received the band in dead condition. Depaite charging for a long time, it doesn't start. It's just a scam by seller/amazon to dump their dead product for petty cash. It's the first time I ever bought a refurbished product. It was listed as "excellent" after the so-called quality checks by amazon. What's the point of not having any scratches if it doesn't even start. Never again I'm buying any refurbished product. You get what you pay. Buy nice or buy twice.The worst part is that there is no return or replacement by amazon. Now it's my headache to go to a service centre, explain them the situation and hope that I'll receive a working product. Worst experience!

I bought with discount. It did work even for 3 months itself. Poor quality

The product does not work. On arrival, it was not turning on, after charging overnight, it turned on only to last for 3 hours. The support number is invalid. On speaking with customer service, they said to contact service center. On visiting the service center, they straight away denied service, stating 'refurbished products are not covered in warranty'.Not a good experience. Will not recommend.

I kept on replacing it for a good one uptill the 4th one I got which has really good accuracy which i compared with oximeter great quality with durable display and really comfortable to wear for long time and is value for money couldn't get anything at this price.really fast charging and durable too
