World Market Mulling Spices

Had all the spices I wanted for my mulled wine recipe in one package. Turned out delicious, would buy again when I need more.

I’ve purchased World Market mulling spices at an actual World Market and loved them. Now that I don’t have one near me, I was so excited to find them on Amazon.They’re the perfect blend for red AND white wine. I like the combination of spices (and oranges) in this particular item as compared to other mulling spices I looked at. I mulled wine for a holiday dinner and it was a big hit! The bag lasts awhile as you don’t need much so I decided to use the milling spices for a bunch of other things as well.Worth the purchase!

I used to buy these spices in a can in World Market when the brick and mortar store was near me. Now living on the other side of the country I was fortunate to find the same mulling spices in a bag online. It lasts and it does flavor apple cider so beautifully!

The spices are fresh and make a good mulled wine. We use 1 T to two cups red, plus sugar to taste. We use a very fine tea strainer to steep the wine. My only complaint is the amount of powdery spices that end up floating in the wine. This hasn’t been a problem with other brands.

Best option for mulling spices by price and quality I could find when trying to make apple cider not in the fall. Very aromatic!

I’m quite disappointed that the anise smell, which I didn’t notice was an ingredient because it usually isn’t in most mulling spices. I can’t stand the black licorice smell of taste and it’s too pungent even for using as a popurri pot.

I needed this in a pinch and they delivered it the next day. It was perfect for my needs and made a delicious apple cider tree for Christmas
