Terrible - buy the Breville instead
The seal on the lid was loose and needed re-gluing. Not sure why I bothered as the connection was then really loose and the bottle comes undone every time you press the button to blend. Chucked it in the bin - not worth the hassle of re packaging and sending back. Just bought the Breville version and much better.

Good customer service and good blender!
I had an issue with the first blender I got stopping working after just one use, but the company replaced it for me and were very helpful.

Great valu for money. Good quality, easy to use and clean. I would recommend this product. Delivery was next day, even though Amazon email said 2-3 days.

Leaky unit
The rubber ring seal won’t stay in place and has to be carefully set at the base of the unit every time you use it. If you get it wrong then there’ll be liquid everywhere. I put up with it for a while but now it’s leaking around the rotor blade so it is completely useless now. Sadly I just missed the return window.
