Inexpensive, highly functional
An ideal accessory for all things electronic. I used for augmenting an Arduino processor for making an electronic clock from old boat compass. A big time saver.

Great for breadboarding!
Super useful for breadboarding, I didn't know what I was missing until I tried one of these. Not being tethered to a power supply is so nice! Love the customizability to swap between 3.3 and 5v for both rails.

Very convenient way to supply 5 V DC to your breadboard, but it takes up a lot of room
I tested this with a multimeter before we risked using it to send current through any IC chips and other components. It supplies a steady 5 volts, exactly what we needed for our circuit testing.The only drawback is that the way it's designed, it takes up a full block of 5 rows of your breadboard. If you're using one of the smaller 30-row breadboards, you lose 17% of your available connection space. It is possible to use less room, but the supply doesn't sit on the board in a stable way.
