Freeing. I have been getting a better sleep and morning routine since buying this. I set it to open an hour or so after waking up (which means my morning energy is not wasted on BS/notifications etc) and use an old-school alarm clock instead, so the first thing I am looking at in the morning is NOT my phone. You can also put your phone in the box two hours before sleep if you want to increase your reading time/quality time with partner etc instead of getting sucked into the mind-numbing scroll-patrol. The holes in it are big enough to do emergency things e.g. calling / banking app etc, but too annoying to use for anything non-essential. It's perfect because you don't feel worried about leaving it in there for too long as you know you can use it if it's something really important or if there is a forgotten alarm it's not a big deal (as opposed to the ones without any access at all once locked).

As someone easily distracted by my phone, the iDiskk Phone Lock Box has been a game-changer for my focus and productivity. During work hours, I pop my phone in, set the timer, and that's it - nothing can open it until the time is up. It creates those small but vital spells of focus where I can actually get things done. On weekends, it's perfect for phone detoxes. I've noticed a significant decrease in the "dopamine hits" I used to get from constant phone use. Social media and doomscrolling have lost their grip on me. It's simple, it's effective, and if you struggle to manage your phone usage, I can't recommend the iDiskk Phone Lock Box enough. Does exactly what it should, a great way to lock your phone away, avoiding the temptation to use it. Works well and simple to use. However, it is very fragile, I can’t see the lock mechanism lasting very long, the clear case is very brittle as is the lock. And obviously, if you wanted, a quick pull would break the case.

Love this item it is amazing how much you can get done when you can’t look at your phone . I find turning it over better do I can’t see it light up

Realised that my doomscrolling was getting out of hand (damn you TikTok!) and meant not getting to bed early enough. So having had heard others talk of phone safes as useful even for adults, got one. This is one of the best sellers here. The good points: it does work and lock you out effectively. It’s easy to operate and use. Easily fits my Pro Max phone and it has a charging opening for a cable The not so good points: it looks & feels very cheap and plasticky given its cost as well as its relative lack of sophistication. That said it did help me. I can see that parents could utilise it very effectively on school nights but the cost of this one may be prohibitive if more than one child/teen needs one. Maybe a good idea for exam times.

I’ve been waiting for my phone to unlock so I can leave a review. I’ve managed to shake the toxic relationship with social media the past 5 years or something. However hasn’t seemed to have made a huge dent on my screen time. There’s always some article or something to research, or dangerous you tube rabbit holes. It’s only been 4 days but it’s been great. Much more productive and present with my partner. I have adhd so boredom creeps in from time to time. Even at 40. So house it’s clean and dinner is prepared when my girlfriend returns. The product has had critique because of the holes at the front eventhough you can face it down. The holes are superb. You can just about reply to a message answer a call do music but as it’s not easy you only do what’s necessary. You can charge the phone wirelessly through the case. And it stores the programmed length of time. Mines generally 12 hours 8-8. I’m hoping overtime I won’t need the safe anymore. So free up some valuable time in your life and get one

Does what it’s supposed to. I do find the holes slightly annoying though as I can still use my phone so need to put it in upside down.

Increíble! Lo mejor de este producto es que hasta que no acabe el temporizador no hay forma de utilizar el teléfono ( solo puedes coger llamadas ), ni trampas para poder sacarlo. Para quien tenga un problema de adicción a redes sociales y quiera darse un respiro y desconectar, lo recomiendo. En mi caso me está ayudando mucho a la hora de no utilizar el móvil antes de dormir, le pongo un 10!
