This is my second purchase. The syrup itself works. It enhances breastmilk production. Nothing miraculous, but it's okay, does the job.First time I bought it the packaging was perfect but the second time I bought it the packaging was horrible. Syrup spilled.

I have not seen any improvement even after finishing the second bottle but noticed improvement on taking shatavari granules. This tonic is total waste of money.
