Brilliant Design
Remarkable item...simple, straght forward, comfortable to use and totally does the job it was designed for. Saw set at friend's barbeque and started search for my own set. She "destroyed" a 5-6 lb pork shoulder in about a minute. Terrific.

Meat Claws!
These are fun to use, the meat claws are bigger than I thought they would be. I have used them to toss salad, and when I am making dozens and dozens and more dozens of tamales these will make shredding the meat faster than using two forks. Will I use these every day? Probably not but they are a great size for tossing a large salad, and of course shredding cooked meat. for either Pulled pork BBQ or when making Tamales.
