This is a tough tool. It's a bit heavy so little guys will get tired quick. This is a mans tool and it fits the bill. Bits are easy and quick. Has plenty of torque. The hammer is adjustable and works in various positions. It is pricey but it expect this tool to last. Took out tile on a wood floor with mesh in less than an hour on 80sq ft. Drilled nine 1" holes in concrete and didn't have any issues.

Powerful and quick. Used to remove 10'x14' section of 65 year old 4" concrete floor. Also used to lift old tile and bore 4 inch hole through 10 inches of concrete. Did everything like a champ. Glad I bought this rather than rent one (multiple times). Expect I can sell it for 2/3rds what I paid when I'm finished with it.

I work in facilities and have used this to drill through concrete and rebar, breaking apart concrete on chain link posts and as a post hole digger using a spade attachment to get through shale. Tomorrow I'm going to drill holes through cinder blocks to anchor rods to hold equipment that will be mounted over the edge of a commercial flat roof. I've had it for many years and even used it to break up large rocks in the way of laying pipe.
