This jewelry piece is reversible so can be worn with either the music note or the word MUSIC facing front. My music charm measures about 1/2" in diameter and comes on a 16" or 18" sterling silver cable chain necklace (shown on a 16" chain on my model). Hand-cast of recycled sterling silver from my original etched design; quality stamped; delivered in a light blue organza bag in my signature gift box.
