This is small book is nicely arranged and lives up to its description. The color illustrations are extremely helpful.Given that there are umpteen online videos describing the steps to solving the cube, some reviewers have questioned the need for this book. However, my experience with the videos is that many of them lead to confusion, and many of the cube aficionados aren't the best video teachers.This review pertains to the paperback. Some reviewers have described issues with the small font and setup on the e-reader version, so I can't speak to that. The paperback has large font and clear illustrations.Kudos to the author.

Got this for my 10 yr old and he is able to follow it. He finally solved the cube.

Not written well the picture of the movements don’t match in the instructions in the book do not waste money or time for this book have better luck using some other solutions

Not exactly for a just-started beginer like me. Though, it is prirty helpful. (Sorry that my typing is bad, I`m a third grade kid)

I have never, ever, EVER been able to solve a Rubik's cube. From the frustration to my just plain short attention span, that blasted cube has bested me for my ENTIRE life! Now, thanks to this wonderfully illustrated guide, I have finally conquered the cube! Its straight-forward and no nonsense presentation makes this an easy 5* choice.Aside from a few formatting issues (which are an easy fix!) there's nothing to complain about here. Highly recommended!

I found it confusing, incomplete, and difficult to follow. The pictures were helpful when relevant. Could be a great guide but needs to be edited for mistakes, with more permutations.

Here it is! I've spent my entire life frustrated with the Rubik's Cube and never able to solve more than a couple of sides! I've also been envious of my friends who knew the trick. Even looking online gave me no satisfaction as an adult.This guide is EASY to read and includes colorful pictures, even on the Kindle version. I have no excuses! This made it look so easy! Recommended!

This is a fantastic step-by-step on how to solve the 3-D puzzle. I only wish I had had it back when everyone was working on the frustrating cube. I could often get two sides of the puzzle complete but never understood the relationship among all the sides. I plan to buy another Rubik's Cube so I can solve it as I re-read the instructions. Really good.
