Just so you know the sole reason I've given this 5 stars is due to the ingredients they use. I'm sure everyone who is reading these reviews are in a position as I have been. You are currently using brand X protein powder and want to explore bigger and better sources for your daily protein intake. Well take a pit stop here and explore this one. This is by FAR the cleanest and purest protein powder I've come across searching the web. I have a protein shake every morning before work and get the rest of my protein from my diet. A protein shake every morning means all those daily serving amounts; sugar, cholesterol, trans fat (if any), fat will add up! Now recently I made a switch because it was brought to my attention that my previous protein powder had 18% cholesterol per serving. I use two scoops of powder per shake as I am an active gym goer. That's 36% of your daily cholesterol allowed each morning for breakfast -- scary. Now, my family does not have any history of high blood pressure or high cholesterol, if your family does, you need to make sure your protein powder doesn't have more than 2-5% cholesterol per serving. What I'm trying to say is you're taking protein powder for PROTEIN not the other processed junk that you don't need! This is what this product delivers. The taste is great, they use natural ingredients including natural sweetners. I'm currently on the chocolate flavor and will be trying vanilla next. Here's my morning shake if anyone is interested: 1 whole banana 1 big scoop of peanut butter ( 2 tablespoons worth) 24 oz of organic 2% milk 2 scoops of protein powder I've been using my previous "go to" protein powder brand for almost 6 years and finally I'm making a change to a much healthier option. The price is justified by the quality of protein and the pureness in their processing.

tl;dr: If you're allergic to soy or just trying to avoid any soy products, then steer clear from this protein powder. Otherwise, this protein powder was really good on quality, taste, and function. For quality, this is a healthier and purest form of whey isolate that you can take and that is important when trying to make some massive gains after a killer workout. Not to mention it is sweetened with stevia, so you don't have to worry about any sugars or added sugars. It has a low amount of carbohydrates, no fat, no antibiotics and hormones, and no GMOs. For taste, initially, it had an odd aftertaste but after a while, I got used to it or I just didn't taste anymore. It's not too sweet but not too bitter. For function, as mentioned earlier it is this product contains a pure and clean form of whey isolate so this is ideal when trying to build muscle. Which means there are no added amino acids, no artificial sweeteners, and no junk additives either. So you're not going wrong when purchasing this protein powder. Also, it is very easy to digest so you're not going to feel bloated after taking this. But overall, this product doesn't do it for me mainly because of the soy that is in this protein powder and also sometimes it doesn't mix very well and for first few weeks of taking this I had the meanest protein flatulence and passing gas in the gym is a way to not only ruin your workout but others in the gym as well.

I’ve been working out for years and always struggled to find a solid whey protein that didn’t bother my stomach. I had almost given up when I found Legion. I’ll never buy another! Not only is it digestible, it actually tastes amazing. The Dutch Chocolate was my first choice but I can’t wait to try more flavors! Highly recommended!

I am returning this product immediately due to the fact that all the ingredients were not listed on the website nor anywhere else except for the package. And that seems pretty shady to me. Every single ingredient that is in this product should be listed in the ingredient list before people buy it so they are aware of what they are getting. Seeing it in the ingredient list on the package after it’s bought and paid for is a bad way to do business. I was researching protein powder for diabetics and this came up as one of the best. I looked on Amazon and saw the list of ingredients and they were pretty clean so I ordered the Dutch chocolate from Legion Whey and Protein. When the product was delivered yesterday, I was reading the package and in doing so I found out that Maltodextrin is #3 on the list of ingredients on the package, but nowhere else online. Maltodextrin has a very high glycemic index, much higher than table sugar. It’s also a filler ingredient which makes it garbage! Due to this one ingredient, consistently using this product could possibly lead to a death sentence to a diabetic. SHAME on you Legion for not listing ALL of the ingredients in your products!

My husband really likes to use this. It has no lead and the other ingredients are good. He’s on a high protein kick now so this suits his purpose. I haven’t tried it but he says the flavor is good. Give it a try! He’s happy with it.

Poop mixability and taste. I don’t like it at all. Doesn’t mix well in water leaves huge chunks floating. Taste is not that good either - i think little of cocoa powder was added.

Ordered a 78 serving pack, received a 30 serving pack instead (for the price of a 78), that was in poor condition.
