I would 100% recommend this. It’s a great deal at this price point and came with the mounting hardware. One tip is to follow the instructions and attach the bar before mounting both brackets so that it lines up perfectly.

For the price, this is an extremely solid bar and set of rings. When I got this I was over 300lbs, and it did not budge at all once installed. I picked up a set of heavy duty lag screws from a big box store. I was able to install this on my own, but I'd definitely recommend having two people if possible, as holding up and keeping it level while screwing it in was a little tricky.The Olympic rings are also great. The wood is solid and smooth, and they're very versatile.

The bolts used to mount the bar are very cheap. I broke 3 trying to install this.

Pros:- Big pull-up bar.- Solid (if installed properly). Mounting hardware included- It's far enough off the wall that I can practice levers on it.- Although straps are maybe wider than is necessary, they do not slip.Cons:- the welds aren't pretty- minor manufacturing defect: some weld splatter landed on the threads of the set-screw holes. I had to "chisel" them out with a hammer and pin-punch before I could install the set screw.

Update 2020-12-30:Titan was unwilling to replace with a working product, and I could only return the defective one I had. Because UPS would not accept the completely damaged and inadequately packaged first box, I had to pay $30 to get this back to Titan. Titan refused to work with me to get a working pull up bar, so 1 star for wasting 2 months of time I could have been using a pull up bar as well as $30.Update 2020-12-07:New bar has arrived. Unfortunately it's worse than the first. See pictures 3, 4, 5, 6, 7. This time the packaging was great: bubble wrapped and not damaged in shipping clearly as the bubble wrap was pristine on arrival. Something is going on quality wise before that I guess? I'm going to put climber's tape over the first bar to protect my hands from the sharp metal and call it good. But if you want to send a new bar without gouges as advertised, I'll gladly update this review to reflect the new quality and customer service. Unfortunately there’s a nasty scratch that will cut up my hands if i use this, especially the muscle up movement i got this for (i already have a door version for simple pull ups). I assume it happened during shipping. The assembly was not adequately protected. The metal pieces were not covered with any protection but just inside a thin cardboard box, and the box was half destroyed when it arrived. Is it possible to send a replacement for the bar?
