It is exactly what I need
Use: I will be using this as a home to work bag. I walk some, take the bus and the metro.Required features: Spinner, room for laptop, books, lunch, iPad, knitting and if necessary enough clothes for a weekend. Comfortable handle or backpack/messenger options.Pros: It rolls wonderfully and fits through different size aisles. I'm not sure about a 17" PC by my 14 x 9.5 work laptop fits fine. The zippers are sturdy and there are enough compartments for all my needs and more. If a laptop doesn't fit in the designed sleeve, there is plenty of room in the main compartment for the laptop and more. The bag is not heavy and has a nice multiple height handle. One person thought the handle felt like it would break easily, but I have had others that were shakier that lasted years. The warranty is definitely a plus along with the sale price!Cons: It is taller than I like and friends who travel more than I do said it would probably not fit under a seat but would be fine in the overhead compartment. I would have liked larger wheels to help in rolling over more surfaces such as some carpets and unpaved walk ways.I looked at all the other PC bags with the spinner feature and they are based on the traditional computer/folder/office design. This was more than I needed. This was the only spinner backpack I could find. I just want to carry my computer without pulling my shoulder out of joint. I want to be able to reach in without having to open the compartment completely too.I like not having to open the whole thing to get to my laptop and feel it is well protected from bumps and gouges.

Superior Conversion Design
I bought this specifically to use for work. I have to bring a lot of stuff back and forth daily, and it was starting to take a toll on my back. This bag is exactly what I needed. This bag is uniquely designed and superior to other bags that convert from a backpack to wheeled bag. Why? Because the ease and speed of conversion this bag offers is far and away better than any other I’ve seen. I ordered 4 bags around the same price point to compare and it wasn’t even close. This was easily the best option.First, the materials and construction of this bag are of a better quality than the others. The fabric, the zippers, and the wheels all of it.Second, but for me even more important is that the backpack straps on this bag are always attached. 3 of the 4 bags I compared, and all other backpack conversion bags I’ve ever owned (whether wheeled or non-wheeled) require assembling the straps. Typically they’re tucked away in a zippered section, and pull out to be clipped onto a ring or loop on the lower sides of the bag. Then of course you have to unclip each strap and tuck them back into the bag to start wheeling it again. On this bag, the cushioned back panel is attached by velcro in 3 places. The straps pull out or tuck behind that panel in mere seconds. I can even tuck the straps in quickly without completely needing to separate the Velcro. The bag is large enough to hold everything I need, and I appreciate the compartments it offers. I’ve been using it daily for about 2 months now, and hope to continue using it for years.

Lots of room and love the Spinner .
Love this Spinner Backpack, so much room. My husband works as a Assessor for storm damage. I thought this backpack would be great for him to pack his clothes in, take the backpack and another piece of luggage for extra clothing . I could not believe how much this holds. I pack him 2 pair of jeans in the place where the computer was suppose to go, he decided to pack it elsewhere, then inside I packed toiletries sleepwear and the rest of his clothing for 6 days, there are so many pockets to pack. He can either use as backpack or use the Spinner wheels. He loved it. Wish I had this for him 45 years ago! After all the heavy and huge cases he has carried all over the USA for storms, I am so glad I found this.Love it thinking about getting one for myself then he will have two for the storms I am telling you I have never seen so much space in a backpack, Thank you Samsonite!!!Update, coming back for the second one for his Computer and printer !!!

Broke after 3 Months normal daily use!
When my daughter first got it , it was good to use(she has to roller her backpack because she had elbow injury) . After only 3 months, the handle started getting loose and my daughter is a very careful person. If you use it daily, the backpack doesn't last. Their warranty isn't great either because you'll have to ship it in or take it to a repair center and we don't have a repair center near us even though we live in one of the largest metropolitan cities in the states. If you ship it to a repair center, it defeats the purpose because the backpack is huge so shipping to and from would cost already $50 round trip and the backpack is $150ish. I'd rather just buy another brand. We went and got a kipling instead since this one broke but $157 for using three months is not worth it. If it lasted even a year, it would be a five star!

ONLY 1 FLAW:
I purchased this rolling backpack for the name and its quality. I’m older and last month I started school. There are a lot of books and materials so this bag was perfect. I would’ve given 5 stars but the flaw is that the bag falls over. It has no front support. Front support would stop the bag from tilting over and it could be used to pick the bag up when needed. I use one of the wheels now to do that.

Fabulous backpack on wheels
I ordered this backpack for my son two years ago and now I ordered it again for his wife. That alone should tell you what we think of it. The many compartments are extremely well built. It holds up to travel very well. There is enough room for clothing, computer, and all of their necessary essentials. Very well built.
