Only tried one night (the night they arrived) and couldn’t believe how quickly I fell asleep and how soundly I slept. It may be the placebo effect, but knowing how well their “Get Well” tea works, I’m guessing this is another hit!

The product works amazing and puts me right back to sleep! The only issue is the flavor is comparable to other products, I don’t taste tangerine only more earthy tones

I have to be honest, this HeyGirl Sleepy time tea has a great flavour blend to drink before bed. For those of you looking for a tea with a light and sweet floral taste to induce relaxation, this is the tea for you. I like the mix of chamomile, lemon, passion flower and many other sleep inducing benefits that works wonders for me. I am an individual who suffers from bloating and stomach pain after my evening meal so I like to have this tea to reduce my upset stomach, bloating, and overall unwind in the evening. The best way to brew the tea in my opinion is bringing 8oz of water to a boil in my kettle, wait for the water to slightly cool and steep the tea, for 3-5 mins. You may brew it longer however, this tea develops a really strong flavour if you leave it more than 5mins in your mug, it just depends on your personal taste. I have to mention that this actually improved my sleep schedule, I definitely feel drowsy afterwards. I decided to drink it every night 30mins - 1hr before bed and I noticed an improvement in my nerves and I noticed a change in my sleep habits if I go without this tea. Give this a try it really induces relaxation, and also helps to aid in bodily cleansing, though it is listed as a night time tea, it really helps clear my system the next morning and de-bloats my stomach. I am gluten intolerant and this tea is gluten free and made with all natural ingredients. I am so happy I found a tea that works for me and appreciate a product like this, highly recommend. This tea tastes nice very mild and does seem to help relax you before bedtime - which surprised Me - as i have a tendency once in a while just not be tired until very late snd would like to try and sleep earlier - tried this 4 nights randomly when i feel i need it and it seems to help
