This Biosota Manuka honey arrived yesterday TOTALLY CRYSTALIZED!!!

I have purchased Manuka honey regularly for years, and I was very excited to purchase this Biosota brand for the first time, primarily due to a reviewer who informed that this Biosota honey hive is ANTIBIOTIC FREE! However, I have NEVER received Manuka honey that was TOTALLY CRYSTALLIZED! I am aware that the reasons for crystallization are iffy. My experience has always been that Manuka is in a creamy, smooth, state. What I received is the exact opposite-- it's TOTALLY CRYSTALLIZED-- YUCH!. I'm extremely disappointed, especially knowing that preventing crystallization is Biosota's responsibility. This is NOT RIGHT!!! I hope Biosota will correct this situation. jc

The bee hive is antibiotic free! One of the only brands I can find on Amazon. So it truly is organic. Good value similar to other competitor brands!
