Easy to assemble, just got to make sure u rly press each part into place. It has stayed sturdy and the material is a bendy plastic but the metal frame makes it strong. I assembled mine in a tall tower and DIY’d a bit because the little legs stick out slightly so it cant be flush against a wall. I use it to fill a small otherwise unusable space for clothes so I use it for a relatively light load. The hangar included is a plus. Doesn’t look horribly put of place in a room, especially when filled with items. Good value.

Amazing, very sturdy, easy to build, rasy to clean, took less than 30 mins to put together. I've ordered more 🙂 on display in my boys room for there toys and clothes.

This looks quite nice once up, but it has some limitations you should know about. It's quite flimsy really and only suitable for soft or lightweight items on the shelves. The product photos show it with towels and things, for good reason. The shelves just aren't rigid enough for things liek books or CDs and they soon bend in the middle. The unit is quite good for the size you get. If you don't put the cubes together in a single block however, you might find you don't have enough pieces to make a complete unit. The pieces slot together with a firm click, but not all of them fit with sufficient precision to the overall effect is that it isn't quite square, and after a few days, one or two of the connecting pieces needed clicking back together. So overall, it's quite nice looking, okay for light or soft items, and easy enough to out together, but lacks sturdiness and precision.

I bought this not realising that it is not hard plastic but some sort of material pvc type thing that reminds me of fake leather. However, this doesn't change how good it is or its ability to do everything advertised. I purchased the suggested canvas boxes and it realy does look nice with those in it. I will mension that with those you lose space. The cubes are much bigger without those inserts. I wanted this for my wool jumpers and hoodies as I am fed up of no drawer space left. They seem to take up a ot of room. With this I can fold them as small as they can go and put them in the cubes or canvas boxes. I had to buy a pack of 6 boxes but using 3. So I am puttung the thin jumpers in the boxes and the thick ones in the empty cubes. One of the boxes in the cubes is for PJ's rather than jumpers. I aven't decided what to put in the remainder cube. I built it without the legs because the unit it was going on has a gap between it and the wall where the feet fell down into at the back. So I had to unbuild it and use the flat connectors instead. I built 2 across, 3 up and was left with a spare flat square and all the feet. The hammer wasn't needed and I didn't use the hooks but I might add them to hang work keys on the side.(outside) It was easy to build but I did keep putting the connectors the wrong way and would have to correct it. It seems reasonably strong and stable. Not strong enough to take anything really heavy.

Let me state that this ISN'T really a bookcase. As of writing, it still describes it as such, but follows up with 'storage unit/organizer' which is a little closer to the truth. When I purchased, I had no illusions - price/quality wise - as to what I may receive, but was surprised. The pieces clicked together reasonably easily and once together (as two columns of three, rather than step) it was more sturdy than I ever expected. Bare in mind that its just wire frame and plastic/vinyl drumskin-like material, it doesn't seem too bad at all. I purchased to store clothes in, so had an idea that - in theory - it should be more than capable of handling that sort of weight, and I was right; it works perfectly. If I have one gripe it's the photography they use for the listing - seeing the rows and stacks of books is a little misleading, they wouldn't last long at all. But as an organizer for maybe soft toys, clothes, towels, it should be perfectly fine. nb. This set did come with a small hammer to tap(?) the connectors that hold the frames in place, but you'd be better just pressing them in place, as long as you're careful.
