No note on product info on website that this needs to be refrigerated/frozen
This items needs to stay cold at all times! There was not a single hint on the website when I ordered it. I received the package and it says to keep frozen until open and refrigerated once opened. The Laddoos were all thawed and looked like cupcake when I opened the box. Was afraid of food poisoning so tossed it right away. Do not recommend

I received this product all crumbled and broken. The ladoos had fungus on them already. I threw the product. Please do not buy this product.
