Flavour is too mild
The flavor is mild and works well for stir-fries and marinades, but it lacks the depth and richness I expect from a good soy sauce. The sodium content is on the higher side, and I found myself using more to get the desired flavor, which might not be ideal for health-conscious cooks.

Lighter in flavour than dark soy sauce but saltier!
I bought this in a rush as run out of soy sauce.I forget that 'light' sauces doesn't necessarily mean healthier.Light soy sauce has a more delicate flavour than dark but is saltier, so if you buy this do use sparingly in your food.I regret not buying the dark soy sauce which is sweeter, thicker and not as salty which is important for yours truly who's meant to be watching her cholesterol! 😅
