I ordered the Silver Frost color and it's amazing. Huawei has proved that it can beat the odds and make something that will blow your mind away. I've used it for a week now and I use it more than my Air Pods Pro. The plus point is that you can manage the volume rocker from the earbuds as advertised by the company and it works like a charm. The AI App tough, not available for IOS devices but the buds connect well on its also. You don't feel pain in your ear canal when wearing it for a long time. The price is justified compared to what is offered and I am overly impressed by these earbud's performance. The seamless switch between two devices is extremely good, the noise cancellation feature works well and it's worth buying these earbuds. Thank you Huawei

Overall experience good. Things like: Sound Quality Superb, Voice Cancellation 10/10, Battery timing mind blowing Things doesn't like: Case lid is a little loose which feels so bad and case material so glossy your finger prints always there.

Although they look a bit bulky, they are very comfortable and produce wery good quality of music. The battery is lasting a couple of days non stop playing music (in low volume) and recharges very fast.

Bought this one for my dad as he hated wired earphones and how messy they get. Bought this as you could use it on 2 devices. If you are watching a movie on one phone, as soon as you receive a call on the other phone, the FreeBuds Pro switch it’s connection to the other phone and it’s easy!

Although the wireless earpod sounds good also great noise cancellation and good battery life. But I feel you can't wear them too long as your ears starts to pain ( I felt the discomfort in use of first 10 days )

I would not recommend this headsets to anyone. Connectivity is bad, sound clarity is bad comparing to another headsets brands with lower prices, battery life is bad and the official Huawei application doesn't find the headsets via Bluetooth if you don't use a phone from the same manufacturer, therefore you would lose all its functions. With all these disadvantages it stopped charging after couple months of usage!.

Solide Kopfhörer alles in allem, schreibe direkt verwende sie mit einen huawei mate 20 pro und Al life von huawei von anfang an. Schöner kleiner Case. Kopfhörer sitzen gut und sind kaum spürbar. Klang ist gut bin aber Laie, Bass hätte für meinen Geschmack besser sein können. Micro geht gut, telefonieren hat super geklappt. Geräuschunterdrückung Funktion ist auch gut. Hab die Kopfhörer in der Arbeit an. An einer großen Maschine die Holz schneidet und fräst plus Absaugung werden die Geräusche schön reduziert verschwinden aber nicht ganz was mir wichtig ist, sonst hört man ja nicht mehr was außen passiert. Meine Maschine ist sehr laut kann mir vorstellen wenn man in leiserer Umgebung die Unterdrückung maxt das man nichts hört, wenn es einem wichtig sein sollte. Ob die Kopfhörer so viel Geld wert sind weiß ich nicht aber bis jetzt bin rund um zufrieden und gebe vor allem Besitzern von huawei klare Empfehlung zu kaufen. Ob die App auch ohne huawei Handy läuft weiß ich nicht, hab sie aber ganz normal im play store geladen.

Amazon Prime Delivery was clockwork! Packaging was adequate, and i received the earphones in perfect condition! They are working very well with my iPhone, and the Huawei AI Life app can be downloaded from App Store! It works very well with the FreeBuds! I was sceptical at first, not being sure if the integration of Huawei with the ios platform would be decent...It is!! The earbuds have a nice finish, and they are very light. The case is pretty small, and well made! The sound is very nice! I am not an expert by any means, but i can tell you that the mix of highs and lows, bass, is balanced in my opinion! The bass isn't overpowering, the highs are crisp, and you can hear the lows very well! Stem controls for music, volume, ANC is the best i experienced so far! The ANC is very good, about on par with my Jabra 75T which i love! Awareness mode is another good option! And, lastly, one thing i love, is that you can control everything with the earphone! If im in the Gym, i don't want to walk to my bag every 5 minutes, to adjust the volume...that's just silly! And, my favorite, In Ear Detection!!! My fears were unfounded! They work with the iPhone very well, and are worth the money! I hope that my rant helps you decide what to do! Cheers!

My 3rd pair of Huawei buds since September 2019. I was very unhappy with previous earbuds due to battery/connectivity/compatability issues. Huawei has finally stepped up their game these buds were great value during black Friday. They perform at apple airpods pro level at lower price and better android compatability. Finally the buds feel high end and high quality. They are slightly difficult to take out of case (see video) it requires 2 hands but i prefer it over loose ones in the past. Previous buds broke due to falling out easily.

In reference to the headline, bass is something that should be improved, possibly in the coming model, whenever that may be. Mids and lows are perfectly balanced, bass, although quite faint, still very noticeable, and this probably boils down to personal preference. I would personally prefer a punchier bass, although not to the point where it overwhelms. If I had to give bass a score from 1 to 10, I would probably give a solid 5, leaving much to be desired. When it comes to design, rest assured you will not be disappointed, it is a very durable and attractive design, which is very reminiscent of Apple's Airpods Pro, albeit at a much lower price tag. The earphones come with a beautiful charging case which will fit into any pocket. It is made of scratch resistant, durable plastic with a USB -C port on the bottom and an LED indicator light which comes on when being charged. The only design flaw that I noticed, and I believe most would agree with me on this point, is the matte black plastic plate inside the case surrounding the earphone lobes, which is what I could only describe as a scratch magnet. Seriously! Even the slightest fingernail contact will leave a noticeable imprint and ruin the appearance of it. Bluetooth connectivity is seamless and effortless. Once paired, using a button on the side of the case, the earphones will automatically connect to your device every time bluetooth is on. It is that good! Battery life is great and Huawei didn't disappoint this time either, although the advertised hours are a bit misleading as the only way you will ever get what is advertised by turning ANC off, which is one of the main selling points. The ANC is good on these earphones that I never want to turn it off. However, having ANC on permanently will slash those advertised hours by about one third.
