They are easy to use.

I like them, they function as expected, they are a bit snug and get sweaty rather quickly, one thing I don't like is that they feel real slick inside, so when I get sweaty hands they feel very...not good, but I don't keep them on long enough to complain too much. They do their job and I am satisfied with them. I usually wear an XL glove size so use that as a size reference. I was more concerned that they would be too large, so them fitting "like a glove" was a pleasant discovery.

Can only hold for a second before it burns you through the glove. Do not buy these. A regular potholder work way better.

These oven gloves come in handy in the kitchen or by the grill/fire. I often have an issue with keeping fabric hot pads clean and keeping them away from hot surfaces while not in use, but still within arms reach (we have a small kitchen). These gloves withstand high heat very effectively. The set comes with two gloves so you can have one for each hand and grab hot dishes more carefully. The gloves are very sturdy, but this can also make it a little difficult to move your hands while they are inside of the glove. The gloves have nice grip on them with tiny star shaped bumps to ensure that you do have a good grip on a hot skillet, pan, casserole dish or whatever hot item you are grabbing! The gloves that I received are a vibrant green that matches a lot of my kitchen decor very nicely. I love that these are beyond easy to wash and keep clean. They just take a little soap and water to clean and they are good to go. This is important to me because we do not currently have our own washer and dryer in our apartment and I keep getting fabric hot pads and oven mitts dirty and that just adds to the ever growing pile of laundry that we have to lug to the pay by the load washer and dryers that charge a fortune to use. They are not fabric, so if you wanted you could probably keep a pair of these outside by your grill or fire pit to have on hand. Overall, I really do like these silicone oven gloves. They did work great while I was grabbing hot baking sheets out of the oven! I held onto the fresh out of the oven pan longer with these gloves than I could previously with fabric oven mitts. I really like that you can quickly grab hot food out or objects out of boiling water, which you definitely cannot do with a fabric oven mitt. We make beer so we can sanitize bottles in boiling water and easily remove with these gloves. My one and only complaint is the issue with it being a little hard to move your hands, more or less it just makes me nervous that I will accidentally drop something which could totally happen with fabric ones too. So far, I have had no accidents while using these silicone oven gloves. I know when summer rolls around these will be great for the grill. They would especially be excellent for grabbing hot ears of corn by the husk and for shucking them. I think everyone should give these silicone oven gloves a try! This is the second pair of these gloves I have acquired. They are very tough, durable and excellent for heat resistance. You wouldn't think they would resist heat from looking or feeling them, but I have lifted foiled wrapped food directly off the grill with them and never felt the heat pass through. And the silicone material provides great gripping ability. The first pair I purchased were the iDoCare Heat Resistant Silicone Gloves BBQ Grilling Gloves Oven Mitts - Most Flexible & Waterproof - Best For Cooking, Baking, Frying, Smoking, Potholder & Barbeque - 13.5" Extra Long Design - Blue because I have large hands and normally buy large or extra large in glove sizes. However they proved to be quite awkward and almost unusable. I wrote a negative review and was immediately contacted by the seller asking what they could do to make things right. They suggested green standard size gloves in green for BBQing. I agreed to try them. The seller provided a pair to me at no cost. The replacement gloves are significantly smaller and they work! (See photo) I can bend my fingers inside them and pick up objects with them... something I could not do with the extra long size. You would not want to attempt delicate surgery with them, but they sure work great around the grill or in the kitchen. I could have returned the first pair for a full refund. I decided to keep them for odd jobs that require protection from heat, but not necessarily the nimbleness I get from the replacement gloves. The I Do Care Heat Resistance silicone gloves have proven to be everything claimed and the seller has shown to be very willing to back their product and make the customer happy.
