Gets the blood flowing where you need it to be. I am taking 2 daily, 1 in the morning 1 in the evening. Weekends 1 more during lunch. I break the pill in half and chew both halves with water. They taste ok and chewing them into crumbs gets them into your system quicker, plus you don't choke on the pill. After about 3 weeks my blood flow where you need it the most is solid and you can depend on it, each time. I am using this product in combination with "ElifeSupplements Gallant" (1 pill every three days) and "Horbaach's Cordyceps" (six pills daily). Cordyceps really gets you into the swing, and make you long for more action time, 24/7. I am turning 60 next year and my stamina is the best it has been all my life. Highly recommended.

UPDATE: at about 8 months of using this, I can state quite accurately that this has reduced my blood pressure from the 120-130/70-85 range to the 110-120/62-70 range. These are based on multiple measurements on a calibrated BP machine that is very accurate (also compared it to results at my Dr’s office). The improvements promoted about L’Arginine are indeed no exaggeration. As stated in my review, give it plenty of time to begin to work for you. 4-6 months seems to be the norm. Anyone proclaiming it worked for them in a week or so, well, just to say, if you research this supplement, it is just not normal for it to work that fast. Give it time and it will work though! UPDATE: 1/5/26: Give these time to work. If you Google this supplement, suggested times are 3-6 month and yes, it took about 5 months to notice some substantial improvements. To be subtle, one of the benefits of L-Arginine is benefits for improvements in “intimate performance”,……big yes there! This is not a placebo! But, you will need to take it for a while before you see any benefits. Another benefit is alertness……I’ve noticed improvements in alertness and memory form using this. Some may be challenged to swallow this with comfort. The pills are lightly coated, but, still can get stuck a bit going down. I've just started using this so will update this review accordingly in a few months. 3+ national grocery chains here also sell a huge assortment of Nature's Bounty products so I'm very comfortable using this brand. My only issue is that these "Horse-pills" can get stuck a bit going down and require a few large gulps of liquid to get them on their way! No issues with stomach upset with these nor any bad taste.
