Received dry and very small plants

Very bad product
The plant was very small than its size and diagram shown in your site and received in a very bad type of package without any hole for the plant to breathe which made the plant wilting and becoming dead. No refund or replacement made inspite of clear cheating regarding size and very bad packaging.
