The camera, worked for one week and now it is not working anymore. Terrible product, do not buy it!!

Considering the price point of this webcam, I was very disappointed. When it arrived, it almost seemed like it was already returned once (loose, bouncing around the packaging). The camera quality is mediocre at best and there is no microphone in the unit. So if you have it hooked up to a laptop with a monitor, you need to keep the laptop open to access the microphone. I think there are many cheaper options that cost a fraction of the cost.

At first I was looking for good webcams. I took a long time to do a good research on the best webcams and I found it. This is the best webcam that you could ever think of, plus the software is flawless and good for zoom meetings and especially for streaming if you don't have the budget for a dslr camera. But do keep in mind that you need to have good lighting in order to make the best out of it, you still can fix it on the software but it's going to show a lot of noise but nonetheless it's the best webcam you could ever have. Also the best feature about this is that you can switch between landscape and portrait mode with just flipping the webcam sideways with ease and also the auto-tracking camera (it zooms in and follows your face within the wide range) Highly recommended webcam!
