I like it it bolted right on with a plastic screws that I had or it came with I don't know anyway it was a lot better on there than the one that I had that was busted and cracked

Use push through rivets instead of the included mounting hardware
This fit perfectly on my 2003 F150 XLT. The holes aligned exactly, though I did have to apply pressure here and there to keep it flush with the underside of the hood while installing. Using a punch or screwdriver to put the shield holes in exact alignment while you push in the hardware is a good idea. I will agree with previous reviewers that the plastic mounting hardware isn't great. A quick trip to my local auto store to get some OEM standard replacement "molding" push through rivets and the shield is on tight. Also, give it a quick wipe with a dryer sheet to get rid of the static. Four out of Five. Minus one star for the included mounting hardware.

This product fit perfectly on my ford f150. I had one in the past but took it off for being scratched up and weathered.I would buy this product again.

I am satisfied
I replaced my old shield with this one and have been satisfied. The old factory one had started cracking after eighteen years. So I need a replacement. This is slightly different but I had no problem with the insulation on my f150. Hopefully it will last as long as the other shield.
