This deck is a great purchase for the money. Unfortunately my first unit had an issue with the gps, but the seller went above and beyond in my opinion to help with getting a new unit to me and ensuring that it was working properly. Very pleased!

I love this radio I had it installed professional and it works great 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍 if your going to complain about the radio go have it installed by a professional person at the shop so stop complaining they know what to do... all of the comments everyone doesn't know how to install it I installed my radio and I had no problem with it you have to get the install kit with the radio add on I know how to install the Radio its just like the older cars except for the newer cars

It only gets one star because you have to give something. This unit has been trouble since day one I have had installed for about a year and it has always been a pain. Let’s start1. It does not always turn on you have to turn the key very slowly and start car at the right moment2. The time never stays correct it always jumps around usually an hour behind3. The gps mode is outdated and never seems store almost always have to go into settings and fix4. Unit will turn on and no sound and no illumination of side controls, so basically no radio etc...5. The user interface is garbageOverall very displeased with this radio I have it for a year now and wish I didn’t waste a dime I wish sound stream would refund my money or send me a different version of a double din that isn’t such garbage

Nav system does not work properly

When I first got the radio and did a bench test it would not come on. But after checking a couple of pin on radio harness I found the ACC wire was in the wrong spot. I moved the wire and did another bench test and all was good. The sound system does very well and has a great sound with good features. I would recommend this unit to anyone who wants a nice system at a good price.

I don't know why there is so many bad reviews for this unit... I bought this for my wife and it preforms great.. never had any problems with radio reception, no freezing up... gps is dead on accurate, music sounds awesome through radio, cd, mp3, or bluetooth.. Bluetooth hands free phone is clear.Only thing I don't like is when receiving a phone call the ring is way too loud and no hpf for safety of mid and high range speakers. That's why I took one star away from what I would've given a five star rating....Oh, and the display is awesome also.

Not great, There are problems with the unit. To me, it seems as Soundstream has released this product too early. The software is not complete as it has some VERY ANNOYING BUGS!!! When I am using Mirroring function (MHL Mobile Link) it will be working for about 20 seconds and then crash and disconnect and go to the FM radio. Very Annoying!!! From my point of view this is an UNUSABLE FUNCTION and should not be advertised as a function, it fails 90% of the time. when it does work it is nice. I have tried to do an update for the MHL function But... Soundstream has only made an update for last years models. I did not read this on Soundstreams website, I had to figure it out myself. Soundstream has very little information on their website about ANY PRODUCT, and any instructions provided are written in ENGRISH!! Yes lots of misspelling and broken sentences, VERY HARD TO UNDERSTAND. GPS Function is not bad, lots of features but you are not able to update the maps as of yet. The Hands free Bluetooth calling is also Not Bad, but not great either, my Prius stock hands free is much better. The touchscreen is really good quality as far as touch response is concerned. Video quality of the screen is just ok. FM/AM tuner is not great as the signals are much weaker compared to my stock radio. The USB function is just ok, difficult to navigate if you have lots of music on a USB stick.Overall, I WOULD NOT BUY THIS RADIO AGAIN, IT'S JUST MEHH. Overpriced JUNK.
