This is an extremely well made watering tool. The welds are smooth and well finished with no rough edges. The stainless steel is of a high grade and other bronze materials of quality manufacture. The longer length allows us to place the water deep in the ground so our fruit tree roots get deeper in the soil. The handle mounted control valve enables you to control the flow rate of water. I'd spend the extra bucks again for this better quality unit. When you are at the local hardware store, pick up some hose washers as the washer supplied is very thick and you might have a little difficulty coupling the hose to the unit. Great item. It saved our fruit trees by getting fresh water to the roots after the last hurricane.

This a very high quality tool! It should be priced higher than it is. This is not your cheaply made junk that you might buy at the big box store. This is a tool that you will have for a lifetime of hard use. Made of stainless steel and welded ( not glued or brazed) . It even comes in a special wrapper to protect it until it gets into you hands. I bought 2 and not disappointed at all!

Thick metal, works as it should. Shorter than was thinking it would be but works well

Nicely built product it works but the water control valve is so hard to close or open I had to use pliers. You need strong hands. Maybe it will get better with use

I love this deep root water feeder. I have a tree that looks like it might not make it due to lack of water, after few months using this, my tree came back to life. I definitely recommend this especially if you live in a state that rarely rains.

Its of great quality. Sturdy strong steel. But is only about 2' long but will water my new trees and bushes
