I received my hookah in a reasonable amount of time, it is very easy to set up with all of the videos they have on the website for assembling. Very user-friendly, and the smoke is powerful. Perfect for a beginner. And even with a small discrepancy, the company stayed in contact out in a reasonable amount of time and resolved my issue, definitely recommend!

The pot looks same as shown in the pictures, very easy to assemble. It works amazing, this is the best pot I have purchased and I have also recommended this to my friends. Love the silicon bowl and pipe, differently recommend purchasing it.

I ordered this item for my first hookah and it did not disappoint. I love the look it has. The clear acrylic with the black accessories sets it off. It came in a VOOV carry bag with all the pieces included. It was easy to put together which was a plus seeing that this was my first time with one. The lights is what drew me to in and made me order it. They actually work and set the ambiance when you are smoking this hookah. It goes well with the black furniture in my room. I would advise anyone to purchase this hookah.

Just received this hookah as a replacement for my Lit hookah (all glass). Pros: easy to pack, top half is easy to clean, silicone bowl, hose tip is 2 parts for easy cleaning (unscrews) CONS: Base is NOT easy to clean, impossible to drain all water out, label came upside down on base, hose does not fit snug. I feel like the base is going to crack in 1-2 months. Hookah overall is a cool design but definitely not practical for cleaning. Won't buy again from Voov/Lit.

This is my second hookah! Honestly I purchased because of the LED light, it’s a great touch. It is very easy to assemble! It came with a travel case, tongs, Led light with remote. The cons are that the hole to fill with water and drain is sorta small and sometimes all the water does drain. To avoid mold I usually stuff a washcloth or paper towel in the hole and flip it upside down to absorb the tiny amount of water. Definitely worth the money. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

DO NOT BUY THIS HOOKAH. 1. It comes with no instructions. 2. Water collects in the seams of the cube. Eventually molds, no way to remove trapped water. 3. Unable to clean throughly. After rinsing with soap and water, also used bottle brush to scrub what it could reach. No matter how you tilt or sit it there is water still sitting in cube no matter how much you shake it. 4. The led light that it comes with burns through batteries and eventually dies after 30 days. Overall, badly built. No way to clean properly. Who wants to use a moldy $80 hookah. Contacted the company, only issued an apology no replacement or refund, there us only a 30 day warranty.

I love my hookah and great purchase for my first one. Love the style. Love the fact I don’t have to use Aluminum foil; just put the coal in the metal tray provided. Also love how it creates big smoke clouds. I recommend this hookah for sure!
