Item arrived opened and damaged
I just received my A4 paper pack order and was disappointed to find that the package was already opened when it arrived (see attached photos). The seal is torn and the paper edges are exposed, which isn’t acceptable for a new item. Kindly arrange for a replacement with a new, unopened pack of A4 paper.

Very good quality for the price and compared to other papers available. Additionally, if you use these for handwritten notes, they are excellent with broad gel pens or fountain pens. Performance wise far better than A-one.
