Muskelrolle - gepolstert, aber brauchbar
Habe mich für die Rolle von Adidas entschieden, weil ich die passende Adidas Gym-Matte besitze. Sie eignet sich gut für das Faszientraining. Die Rolle ist jedoch etwas weicher durch die Polsterung drum herum. Wer die ganz harten Schaumstoff Rollen von z.B. Blackroll gewöhnt ist, sollte sich dessen bewusst sein. Für mich ist sie optimal!
