RESCUE - Plus Sleep Gummies, Strawberry,60 Count

I tried it, it is very effective but contain sugar.. it tastes like candy but sugared

The first time I bought these, they were great. The second time, I had exactly the same experience as Ali A: the seal was broken, there was a strange smell and a strange taste. Unfortunately, they went into the bin. I bought them around the same time as Ali A (end of July). So I think there must have been a problem with that batch.

Really good product, helps me drift off to sleep easier. Be careful not to take too many as waking up can be difficult. But overall does what it says on the tin. Bosh.

I tried to take two gummies and it did not work well and makes you not feeling well when you wake up. Then I took one gummy and it slightly help but when you wake up, you will have a bad headache that continue the whole day.

Honestly, between multiple brands I have used. This one seems to be the top, I actually have a good night sleep after taking two gummies, they are also gummies so yeey. I definitely recommend this! FYI to get the 5mg you need to take two as per the serving guide on the bottle.

These gummies help to induce sleep and you will wake up thoroughly rested. The taste is good but I find that they smell too strong of strawberry which might bother the person next to you. Reason for four stars. Other than that, it is a good product that does what is advertised.

I was really disappointed with this product. It didn't work at all for me, and I feel like it was a waste of money. The packaging claims you can take up to three, which I now understand because it doesn't do much of anything. The only positive aspect is the taste, which is similar to eating Haribo gummies. Unfortunately, that’s not enough to make up for the lack of effectiveness.

I have use rescue before. I think the rescue plus works better. I doesn’t have any side effects. I sleep deeper.

I took this on a six week long overseas work trip, where I was six hours out of my time zone. Not only did I sleep so much better than usual, I stopped having to get up to pee in the middle of the night. Bizarrely, I also felt less pressure to pee during the day, which I was beginning to wonder the last couple of years was an inevitability of getting older, and had never been a problem before. Pretty sure sleeping better improved my vasopressin production, which explains the nighttime success, but less so the daytime. Ultimately it does grow less effective, or at least did for me after a few months. But if you need to change time zones or work schedules, I can’t recommend this enough. I’ve given it as gifts to multiple family members now.
