True diet for longterm results.
Love this book. Even though it is not easy follow his rules he teaches you to gain new healthy eating habits instead of bull s diet for 3-4 weeks and then you gain weight again. He never lies about how it's going to be easy and lovely and you don't need to do nothing. No. In this book you follow and win or you just loose. Highly recommend it.

Invaluable info you will not find anywhere else
Best nutritional advice I have come across and I have worked with several coaches. The advice and information in this book is very unique and as a biochemist it makes so much sense! Cannot wait to implement this into my routine and reap the rewards. Amazing book!

Wouldn’t recommend
Steve repeats a lot of phrases which felt like filing up pages. Some good content though overall nothing you couldn’t research and find on the internet.

The info about timing is good. Nutritional info is very poor.
No one should follow the nutritional advice/foods to avoid info in this book. I would never recommend this book to anyone because of the terrible nutrition advice that discourages health promoting foods and recommends foods that extremely unhealthy, and tell you not to fear them. This person does not look at scientific studies of these horrible food recommendations, clearly. How not to diet is a much better book that talks about the same timing/insulin principles but actually still cares about promoting health. Will be sending back.

Not worth the price
I find this good for the info on food and it gives you a meal plan and gives some good workouts. But I just don't think it's worth 30 dollers. More like 20 for the actual usable info. Then the other 10 must be for the other readings that I mostly skipped over anyway....best thing to do for weight loss is biking everyday burns the most calories more then running. Then if you want to build some muscle or tone muscle more in certain areas use this book. But it's just not worth 30....
