Bought these to replace my old plastic fruit screens for my dehydrator. These work perfectly! - The lip around the edge helps keep the fruit puree from spilling over, and the fruit leather is easy (and even fun) to peel off the silicone sheets. They definitely were worth the money.

I bought this with the intention of making fruit leather. I sprayed the mat lightly with cooking spray beforehand and when the fruit leather was done, it peeled easily. These wash and store easily too. Compared to the plastic ones that came with my dehydrator, these do not lose their shape or warp which makes fruit leather making a breeze.

Perfect Silicon Dehydrator Sheets. flat, flexible and durable. bought more after first order. fits both of my NESCO dehydrators and they are 2 different models. (the one with bigger hole in middle and the one with the smaller. works great on both dehydrators i own.
