In 2009 I had a bone density scan and I was diagnosed with osteoporosis. I took Solgar Calcium for 4 years and then had another bone scan. My bone density was normal. Every 4 years I get the same scan. My latest bone density scan was November 2025. My bone density was normal. I am a 77 year old male.
