Trampoline Replacement Safety Pad (Spring Cover) For Round Frames

Fits OK, but lasts about 10 months only (hot weather near Palm Springs). I think there must be a way how to make a better quality product which could last for 2-3 years.

Ordered for my 14' trampoline, the box says it is for a 14' but when trying to put it on I had an extra 10-12" and there is no way to 'make' it fit, going to try and exchange for the 13' and see if it fits better and cross my fingers, I don't understand why it fits perfect for some and is obviously way too big for others. I even measured my trampoline to make sure I wasn't crazy and the outside circumference of the frame is just shy of 14', is this how others trampolines measure?

We purchased this replacement safety pad for the following model trampoline: Pure Fun 12' Trampoline and Enclosure Combo We are in a harsh desert environment in Arizona, and the first thing to disintegrate was the spring safety pad. The original pad lasted about 10 months. The new "Upper Bounce" brand pad was installed today. The material of the new pad feels thicker and possibly stronger than the tarp material of the original. There are also elastic ties that may enable it to stay in place better. The fit is perfect. Only time will tell how it will stand up to the elements, but on first impression I am hopeful it will outlast the original.
