Yes, I’d say so! I bought it for my niece who is 13, so that isn’t too far off from 10.

Can this water bottle carry soda and other carbonated drinks?

I mean you can put whatever you'd like in it. Just keep in mind with carbonated drinks since this is a squeeze bottle there will be a build up of pressure, so when you squeeze you may get a little bit more than you expected...in your face.
