I'm not finding a standardization percentage on my bottle nor in the description, does this have a guaranteed standardized dosage of beta glucan?

The bottle says 250 mg of the beta glucan but it is not standardized. I have used this product because I have an autoimmune disease that depresses my immunity and it does work to prevent pneumonia and other respiratory viruses. I am not sure you need a standardized dose but I usually take Swanson's Beta Right beta glucan and it works well consistently.

What are the other ingredients in this?

What does "1,3/1,6" mean?

Beta glucan is a chain of glucose sugars hooked together. Glucose has six carbon atoms in it and they are numbered 1 through six. So the bonds between two glucose molecules is either from the number 1 carbon on the first molecule to number 3 on the second molecule or from the number 1 carbon on the first molecule to the number six carbon on the second molecule. Both occur naturally and both are active immune boosters.

Why are the capsules half full, my capsules are barely half full? Is this correct are should I return them?

I would call NOW customer service. I checked one of mine and it was very full.

Beta Glucan can help boost the immune system

I use it to help my immune system with cold and infection. but the dosage is too small. need at least 4 caps in my opinion. I also use the now 90 caps 250mg each. I do double the dosage if I feel I'm about to get a flu or a cold (400mg or so). however, my experience is that it didn't help me with covi d. it just delayed it few days only. make sure you not allergic to the mushroom and the other stuff in it.
