I love these tablets. I've wanted to incorporate nutritional yeast into my diet, but just can't do the flakes. After having my last baby and nursing for two years, I'm depleted. After taking the nutritional yeast, I could quickly tell my mental health was better. It was honestly amazing. I felt better, no longer dizzy all day, had more energy, and my outlook on life was just better...back to normal.

Yes, I've been watching Dr. Berg's videos. I've also been fact-checking them. And then I research products that match - or exceed (in a good way) - his recommendations. That's why I ordered this product. It sounded like it offered a wide range of benefits. My first reaction was, "Wow! That's a HUGE bottle." I guess I didn't realize how big a bottle of 500 pills would be. For the price, this seems like an excellent value. If this nutritional yeast keeps working as well as it has, so far, I'll be raving about it to everyone. These tablets are a good shape and size. Ordinarily, I'm uneasy swallowing tablets. Small throats and thyroid nodes tend to run in my family, and I panic easily if a pill seems stuck. I was able to swallow these tablets easily. No problem at all. So far, this product seems to have pretty much eliminated my nightly heartburn, so I'm sleeping far better and wake more energized. I also feel more cheerful and focused during the day. Also, either I really needed the Vit Bs in this, or the product is really well formulated (or both), because I'm not seeing the usual bright yellow urine color I'm accustomed to when I increase my B vits. (For me, that's neither here nor there. I'm taking this for the yeast content; the Bs are an added bonus.) So far, I can't report on whether it's effective against mosquitos, but if it also helps repel them, that's going to make me a very happy hiker... and, of course, a repeat customer! If, like me, you carefully research nutritional supplements before you buy them, I think you'll be impressed by this product. Definitely recommended.
