Nutrition facts label shows 1 tbsp (9.6 g) contains 32 mg of potassium. could you check this? other brand w/ same serv. size has 320mg of potassium.

Sorry, I no longer have the package. I put the powder into a Tupperware container. It came with a scoop. I add one scoop to my protein shakes in the morning.

Is it true there is lead we needed to hear about?? I’ve bought before and it does disolve. Whats the truth good price

No lead in it. It does dissolve since it is a powder made from whole beets. We have been using it for quite a while and it seems to be very beneficial, especially with the natural nitrates that are so good for relaxing and opening blood vessels, among other things.

This product works to lower your blood pressure. Mine was over 160/100 and within 3 weeks it is 127/75. My doctor asked what I was doing and I said the only thing different is taking the beet powder. I will order the gummies in the future rather than deal with the mess of mixing it up. Put it in almond milk and sugar free caramel syrup.

Great product which gives nutritional benefits... for me especially is the iron content. I have Vitamin C along with it in my morning oats, since iron paired with Vitamin C is more readily absorbed. I have had very weak and grooved nails with vertical splitting for years. They have improved greatly since I have added this to my diet.

I mix this into a tall glass of water and add fresh squeezed lemon juice. It is refreshing and tastes good. I enjoy this after my morning walk.
