The bodyweight poster is just what I was looking for - clear, concise, easy to read, durable, reasonably priced. The stretches poster is a bonus. Well worth it!

The posters were great. Double sided prints so they could be mounted vertically or horizontally. Great quality. I follow the exercises every work out. Recommended.

Fantastic poster choice! I’m so pleased I purchased these. They’re double sided so that you can choose to hang them horizontal or vertical. This was mind blowingly awesome to me! They’re laminated nicely so that sticky putty holds great and doesn’t ruin poster with grease stains or tears. It comes with directions on how to flatten them from curling which I found exceedingly helpful. The figures are well designed, well marked, and well chosen. The price can’t be beat, and the poster set arrived nicely packaged the next day. The size is great as well in that it’s large enough to see from the gym floor but doesn’t take up all the wall space. Definitely recommend these and would buy again!

I like how it shows things to do from stretches to small weights. We have a home gym and this helps with giving a variety to one's routine. We put it on a refrigerator with magnets holding it on. Works great!

The pictures are great but you have different routines on both sides of the mats. You don’t know which side to tape up. The pictures are very good and does give you routines. You have choices of yoga, weights , bands, and stretching. What sides do you choose?
