Remo Fiberskyn Frame Drum, 16"

Just beginning my hand played frame drum journey and this certainly fits the bill. You could get a more expensive drum and there are several beautiful ones out there though this is a terrific beginner.Learn on this and teach on this lovely frame drum.

This is my frist experience playing the frame drum. It sits on my leg comfortably and I am able to support thedrum with my no-dominate hand at 12:00 (as if you'er viewing a clock face). It has an exotic sound. which I Love. I am still getting use to playing a drum virtically, practice makes perfection!

I love it, sounds wonderful, goes great with my meditation time.

The Fiberskyn more than matches animal skin drums. The sound is incredible, makes a complete novice sound good. I love the fact that it is virtually maintenance free and no animal has suffered for the enjoyment of this awesome hand drum. Lightweight yet substantial and looks as good as it sounds. I am glad I opted for the larger size of 16 inches because the timbre is deep and resonating.

This is my first frame drum. It’s a great practice drum and good for a beginner like me. I didn’t want to invest in an expensive drum to start out and this fit the bill. I’m very happy with it.
