Good quality and very cold
These are well-made ice packs. They are pliable once they start thawing and are easy to wrap around area. Good size for women’lower back but may be too small for a man. One side is like a microfiber feel so it’s soft against your skin.

Great flexibility
This ice pack measures 10” x 6”. It stays cold for about 15 minutes when up against warm skin. I like that it has two different materials, with one being colder to the touch. For extra sensitive areas the velvety finish on the reverse is perfect. The gel remains mouldable and will conform to harder to ice areas, like knees and elbows. Comes in a handy pack of two, so if you need to ice for longer you’re able to. The manufacturer states these can also be warmed up in the microwave, though we haven’t tested that out ourselves to see how long it will hold the heat.
