White Lion Publishing The Periodic Table: A visual guide to the elements

A very useful book for those who are preparing for their GCSE in chemistry, and for me who was not so enthusiastic about this subject in my teens. Now I am trying to make up for my "wasting of the appropriate occasion and time" .

This book was seen at the shop in Jodrell Bank by my son in law, and was subsequently bought for him at Christmas. He found it fascinating and wished it had been available when he was studying science in school because it contains so much interesting information. All age groups found items to which they could relate.

This book is a great way to understand the elements. Full of interesting facts and connections between them. It is not dry or dull and was interesting until the end.

The opposite of dry chemistry lessons at school. Draws you in and invites you to explore what is in effect the Lego set the world is built from.
