Holds Neumann TLM 102 like a champ
The media could not be loaded. This is a great shock mount. I got mine specifically to fit my TLM 102 and 103. Looks great and fits perfectly. You'll find quality machined metal everywhere except the thumbscrew and hinge that connects to the mic stand (metal threads on the inside though). The screw that connects to the actual mic is also high-quality matte-black metal.Besides the looks, it's greatly reduces low subsonic shocks and rumbles around your mic stand. The low opening on this design works very well on the 102, but easily fits larger Neumann mics like the 103 and 49.Honestly, the ONLY difference I can tell between the one that's $50 dollars more from Neumann is the logo from Sennheiser (they are under the same corporate umbrella).A worthy purchase.

Fits Nueman TLM 102
Fits the TLM 102 perfect and is all metal. The TLM 102 is a small mic and doesn't fit most shock mounts.*Bonus it can fit other mics*

Outstanding shock mount for sennheiser and neumann mics
I couldn't get a neumann mount so got this. Literally the same mount. Built like a tank and looks great too. Totally worth the price.

Very good but not cheap
It's good suspension for the mk4 but it is pricy

Perfect
Perfect w/MK4 mic (obviously!): outstanding build quality, all parameters and adjustability spot on, easy to use, and most importantly does what it’s supposed to do concerning allowing sonics of mic to shine w/o any interference whatsoever.

A GREAT Little Shock Mount That Works!
So what's the difference between a $100+ shock mount and a cheaper one? The $100 shock mount works!Firstly, this totally fits the TLM102 and TLM103 as seen in my picture. Secondly, for a pop filter, you'll need a foam windscreen/pop filter as the PEMOTech filter doesn't fit inside the shock mount. You could also use a pop filter that attaches to the boom arm.Testing with a cheap shock mount and with a non-shock mount, you could hear my thumps through the table when typing, and hear the arm squeak and the springs resonate through the mic. With the shock mount, everything was dead quiet except when I spoke. Now to find a better boom arm.
