This is a nice step up from the daily PBS series as each volume works more muscle groups than can fit into a half hour show. Low impact. Follow with a brisk walk/jog to get the cardio.

Not Professional
Workout dvd is not organized the way a dvd should be organized. It is definitely not sequenced properly. I like Margaret Richards and I like her exercises, I just don't like this DVD. Whoever put this together was not a professional at all.
