Perfect fix for a split-up seat.. See my tip on pinning it down though!
This seat cover seemed to work and fit great on my old John Deere LA115. Like everyone else that old vinyl was splitting and starting to bite me in the back of the legs.It seems pretty durable and that it should be cleanable and somewhat a waterproof type material. I'm expecting to be able to just sort of hose and wipe it off. They recommend against it but I bet you could wash on gentle and just lay it out in the sun to dry.It doesn't really fit like a glove but it fits good enough it's got some pretty strong elastic all the way around perimeter that draws it in around underneath the seat.A big tip that I will give that works great for me and didn't take but about 3 minutes.. right in the center of the seat seemed to slide around a little bit and somewhat be loose when you're climbing in and out of it. Well if you look close at the seat cover it is actually designed with a small hole or maybe 1/4 to 3/8 slot right at the fold between the seat and backrest. Also looking at the seat pan mine had a hole in the middle of the metal pan in the same spot. I saw another review where someone tied a small piece of PVC pipe in the seat through this hole to hold the cover in place. Well I found 1/4 x 2" carriage bolt and a couple flat washers and nuts in the shop and this seemed to work perfect. If you take an ice pick or an awl and put it right in the seam that's molded in the vinyl towards the back of the seat and poke a hole through to the hole that's already in the pan.. go through the vinyl side first so you can get the whole centered and in that seam..Then I just pushed the quarter inch bolt through with a washer on both sides and put a double nut one locked against the other on the backside. Took me longer to type all this then it did to actually do it. Hope it helps somebody... I'm posting pictures of both sides to show it.Anyway I think it's going to work great once I got it pinned down and it also has several storage pockets on the back that will come in handy. If your seats all splitting up like they all do sooner or laterI say this seems to solve the problem just fine. Just be sure you're buying the correct one they have a low back and a high back.

Excellent quality and fit
I purchased this seat cover for a brand new John Deere X350. It was easy to install, appears to be quite durable as well as attractive and it fits like a glove on the X350.Seat cover stays in place both boarding and getting off the tractor. I am very pleased!

I like it. Fits my original 1974 model 110 seat.
I wish the replacement seat cushion kits were still available for a reasonable price (I think pn TY15741?). I patched the cracks in my 20+ year old cushion with Shoe Goo, then put on this slip cover. Looks pretty good, fits well. Does not seem to slide around too much.

Great fit
Perfect fit for a John Deere S100 series mower. Well constructed of heavy duty fabric that should protect the seat. If you need more cushioning a folded towel will fit under the cover on seat bottom. Very good value for the price.

easy to install seat cover for John Deere tractors
This seat cover was purchased to protect a brand new replacement seat. It fits well and is easy to install. if it saves the seat from looking ragged in a few years it will be worth the price of the seat cover vs. a whole new seat

Barely fits my JD X350 seat
I bought this specifically since it stated it fits the X300 series John Deere's, which have 2-piece padding rather than one whole pad for the whole seat. It barely fits my seat and I cannot pull it over the hard plastic frame of the seat, so the bottom part of the cover is gripping the space between the pad and frame at the corners and I'm thinking the stress might eventually start causing the pad to separate from the corners. We'll see, there's a lot more grass cutting season left this year so I may update this review towards the end of the Summer
