My go to brand and go to pasta
I love the flavor note of dececco and how it behaves when preparing. It remains aldente (crunchy hard) for a long while unlike most commercial pastas that collapse very quickly and become too soft. Besides orechiette are hard to come by and my absolute favorite for all those who like aldente pasta.
