I have been trying for months to find a no sugar electrolyte that I can actually stand the taste of. I have tried all the top brand and all the flavors, and I just can’t get them down. I just moved from a rainforest climate to a very high altitude Alpine desert climate and was suffering from dehydration, no matter how much water I drank. I could not stand any premade mixed powdered electrolyte drinks so I bought this product. It hasn’t let me down. It is basically tasteless with just a little salty to it, but I don’t mind that because I put the full amount in my morning smoothies, popsicles (coconut water, fruit and these drops)or in my coffee a quarter teaspoon at a time. It has been a lifesaver for my skin and kept my daughter hydrated who absolutely won’t drink enough water.

I bought this and wanted to return it because I had expected a larger bottle- but it lasts a super long time. It’s actually a great value for your money. It helped my dad recover from surgury and I use it everyday to help with my POTS. I’ve recommended it to everybody. You can’t taste it, even in plain water, and since it’s a liquid, it doesn’t need to dissolve. It is much more fast acting than a pill and it doesn’t have all the extra flavorings, colorings and sweeteners that can turn getting enough electrolytes into a health compromise. This bottle is small enough to carry with me and so I do! I add some to my water bottle every time I refill it.
