Is this the old formula?

I honestly don’t know. Didn’t know there was a New formula so I don’t know what difference there is verse old ? this works great and our dermatologist recommended it for our teens. If you can be more specific I can check ingredients or check specifics my guess would be old formula since it has t been labeled any different and is still considered panoxyl 10

Does it help with under arm smell

yes thats the whole reason i purchased it, i never needed it for my face, if my ph got off under my arms i would use it, or if i spray tanned and the pores got clogged it would smells horrible no matter how much i scrubbed, and a small amount of this would do the trick!

If I use this on my back will it bleach my clothes?

It does bleach my wash cloths and towels so it is possible.
