Great book for boys!
My kids love these books (boys ages 5 & 6). They get super into the fights while learning facts about each animal! It’s actually a book boys will sit and listen too! Highly recommend the entire series of them!

Fun small read
As a liker of both species this is a good educational book to compare them with, if you know enough about them going in though you already know which one will win. I'm still rating this high anyways though.

Excellent children’s book using comparative analysis
Excellent book for children. It begins by comparing the killer whale and great white shark, noting their many differences. It does not get to the difference in brain structure and intelligence between the two animals until towards the end of the booklet. The killer whale is an extremely intelligent animal and the great white shark operates mostly on instinct. So at the end of the book, it is no surprise that the killer whale wins. In nature, this seems to be the case as well. In combat that we know of, the killer whale has always emerged victorious. Even smaller female killer whales, seem to have no trouble taking out a larger great white shark that has strayed too close to their calf. That’s not to say what a great white shark will not get lucky at some point but no evidence of that yet.

Bought for my 2 year old son and he is obsessed with all of the books. My husband and I also both enjoy reading these books to him as we all learn some interesting facts about animals. Also bought for my 6 year old nephew who loves this book too.

Great book for kids interested in wild life.
My son often asked this question and when I first saw this book, I immediately ordered it. It is a very good learning book that factually compares the biology of both animals. Keeps kids interested in Science. Would love to purchase other books in the series. My son is eagerly looking forward to it.
